Don't ever use this company. They pour it the slab for my new construction home, and there are literally cracks from end to end on the front porch and the back when i. I'm sure they're throughout the house as well but I can't see them.I have the same issue with my driveway and I wish I could post pictures of the horrible work this company has done

Professional and concise

Where do I begin? The Charleston branch has given us the run-around on fixing a slab of concrete in our driveway after they already fixed one slab for us (and did a great job). We were excited to have a company to help us fix this other slab that was destroyed in an un-related incident. We got a quote from this company, and suddenly our phone number was blocked. We called off a second number, a person answered and then hung up on us. We then called the home office in Savannah and filed a complaint where we were promptly called back from the "Vice President" of the company and were told they were not interested in doing our job and that the specific person related to the Charleston branch was not in the wrong, etc. The "Vice President" seemed unprofessional and rude.We have NEVER had such a bad experience with a professional company and do not want this to happen to others. We have no issue being told "No we don't/can't do that job", but don't lead us one and lie and then block us.
